Yes. Browser chat works without an account or credit card. Sign in only when you want API access, billing, or account settings.
Garlic's edge receives encrypted chat content, not your readable prompt. The prompt is opened only inside the attested confidential-compute environment used to generate a response.
Saved chats are encrypted before they are written to this browser's IndexedDB. Vanish chats stay in memory and are dropped when the tab closes. Neither mode sends chat history to a Garlic database.
The search query goes through Garlic's no-log proxy to Exa. Queries and results are not stored, but that search step sits outside the end-to-end chat-encryption channel.
